Advanced Federal Practice Seminar

The Chapter hosted the return of its highly successful Advanced Federal Practice Seminar on November 14, 2008 at the Carl B. Stokes U.S. Courthouse. Speakers for this seminar were Hon. Dan Polster and Hon. Christopher Boyko and prominent local attorneys.  Topics covered included multi-district litigation (federal/state interplay/analogues, settlements and the Gadolinium MDL); consumer class action litigation; e-discovery; and taking and defending corporate representative depositions.
