The Chapter sponsored an "Intellectual Property Crimes" seminar on Thursday, February 5, 2009 at the Carl B. Stokes U.S. Court House. Seminar topics included an overview of IP statutes and enforcement agencies, overcoming the hurdles of referring your client's IP case for criminal prosecution, and special concerns in IP cases - discovery, trial, sentencing, parallel enforcement/litigation.
