In Obergefell v. Hodges decided on June 26, 2015, the Supreme Court issued a landmark ruling on same-sex marriage, which some commentators have called one of the Court’s most significant opinions in a century. What does the ruling mean? And what are its implications for employment, taxes, and religious liberty?
